An Executive Chef at the 5-Star Hotel Level.  Her depth of experience includes St Regis Princeville, Kauai, Hotel Jerome, Aspen and lead R & D chef for Vail and Beaver Creek Rimini Italian Cafes.  She loves marathon training and enjoys being connected to nature.

A night off for the chefs will be at Josephine, Chamonix . Mont Blanc

Those who have skied intermediate runs at Western US ski areas are ready to enjoy the adventure. Non-skiing partners are welcome too! The Chamonix Valley is one of the most beautiful Alpine spots on the planet. At 3000 ft, there are no issues with altitude. You can access 5 mountains by Cable Car to take in majestic views. Enjoy cooking demos from the Chef.
